Shipping Rates

PartsSystems is happy to ship anywhere in the United States as well as Internationally. We offer a number of shipping methods with either UPS or USPS. Shipping rates are based off of UPS or USPS real-time published rates, which are based on the weight of the products you are purchasing, plus a minimal handling charge. Overweight or oversized products may require alternate shipping methods or additional packaging and can incur additional charges not shown on an automated web site transaction. Therefore, if you’re shipment is overweight or oversized, we may have to contact you regarding additional shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Same Day Shipping

Orders received before 12PM Noon Pacific Time weekdays are generally shipped the same day unless otherwise specified. This is our standard procedure and not a guarantee. Orders received after this time and on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. Although we place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, please note we make no guarantees as large orders, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.

International Shipping

Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, customs brokerage charges, and shipping costs. Please provide name and telephone number of your customs broker to expedite customs clearance.

Special Handling

You may select an alternate carrier of your choice including Federal Express, Airborne Express, and Emery Air. Please provide a valid account number for your carrier choice or specify the credit card number with expiration date that you wish to charge the shipment cost. All shipping charges for alternate carriers are the responsibility of the customer. For oversize or heavy shipment, PartsSystems ships by Common Carrier standard service. Should you have a preferred carrier for these shipments, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Other Shipping Information

PartsSystems is bound to the rules and regulations of each carrier. Once the carrier receives the package, we have no control over the actual delivery time. We declare that once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier that liability of the package no longer lies with PartsSystems.


Guaranteed Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we will gladly replace it or give you a full refund. Simply call customer service at 1-888-283-2075 or email us at [email protected] within 30 days to get return authorization. Then send us the merchandise in its original, unused condition, freight prepaid.*
*Returns after 30 days are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking charge.

Return Policy

All returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking charge. Returned Arctic Fox products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns must obtain shipping instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) before being returned to us.

Unopened merchandise accompanied by an RA can be returned for a full refund or merchandise credit at customer’s option, except Arctic Fox products which will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in new, resalable condition: unopened in original, undamaged packaging, including all components, accessories, manuals, and registration cards.

Shipping charges are not refundable except for shipping error by PartsSystems. PartsSystems must be notified of all shipping errors and reserves the right to choose the method of return shipment at its expense.

Defective Merchandise

Any defective merchandise can be exchanged at no charge upon return. Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging, accessories, and manuals. Failed products are subject to the original manufacturers warranty. Please obtain an RA before returning defective merchandise.

Please include the following with ALL returns:

  • Customer name and telephone number
  • RA number
  • Original order number (from your original invoice or receipt)
  • Short explanation of the reason for your return.

To Obtain an RA Number:

Method of return shipment is at the sole discretion of the customer. PartsSystems assumes no responsibility for loss or damage of return shipments. We recommend that you ship your return by a traceable service such as UPS or Priority Mail. Insurance on returns is at the sole discretion of the customer.

Credit card orders will be credited to your account within 30 days of receipt of your return at PartsSystems.
